While Frymer Construction’s primary product is new construction, our staff has accumulated years of experience managing adaptive reuse projects.  Repurposing projects for residential living units can be a great value add, but not without distinct challenges in terms of the construction process and construction management.  The Los Angeles area is experiencing growth and gentrification across a number of unique neighborhoods that could be prime candidates for repositioning.  As with new construciton, the typical management services provided by Frymer include:
