Frymer Construction was founded in 1996 by David Frymer, a second generation builder who got his start in the family business. David’s father, Edward Frymer, started E. Frymer Construction in the 1970’s and the Frymer name is well known and respected in the greater Los Angeles area for the construction of high quality multi-family housing. Frymer Construction is uniquely qualified to offer pre-construction services and analysis, value engineering, and project management services, contributing to projects completing on time and on budget.
Frymer sets the standards and challenges the limits in design and construction in type III and type V construction.
